Tomas Hajek is the founder of CCMForge and co-founder of XPER Consulting. His work spans the full delivery path: design, integration, production operation, accessibility, and the hard cases that do not fit a runbook.
Tomas divides his work between hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and product development for document engineering, PDF/UA accessibility, and practical AI automation.

Tomas started at Exstream Software in 2008, trained with the team that built the platform, and continued in HP's EMEA consulting practice after the acquisition.
He architects Gjensidige's Exstream production estate, which produces more than 10 million customer documents each year across print, email, SMS, digital channels, and archive.
As lead architect of XPER DocEngine, he works on PDF/UA post-composition, built-in veraPDF validation, and accessible PDF and HTML generation.
