Eighteen years in CCM and Exstream, from vendor delivery to product building.

Tomas Hajek is the founder of CCMForge and co-founder of XPER Consulting. His work spans the full delivery path: design, integration, production operation, accessibility, and the hard cases that do not fit a runbook.

CCMForge, XPER DocEngine, and enterprise Exstream delivery.

Tomas divides his work between hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and product development for document engineering, PDF/UA accessibility, and practical AI automation.

The products come from recurring production problems.

Customer documents depend on business rules, old and new systems, regulation, data quality, and fixed production deadlines. CCMForge is built around those constraints.

Original-vendor foundation

Tomas started at Exstream Software in 2008, trained with the team that built the platform, and continued in HP's EMEA consulting practice after the acquisition.

Enterprise delivery at scale

He architects Gjensidige's Exstream production estate, which produces more than 10 million customer documents each year across print, email, SMS, digital channels, and archive.

Accessible document products

As lead architect of XPER DocEngine, he works on PDF/UA post-composition, built-in veraPDF validation, and accessible PDF and HTML generation.

From the original Exstream team to a Nordic CCM product company.

Exstream Software and Hewlett-Packard

Delivered Exstream implementations and migrations for European banks and insurers as part of the original vendor and HP's EMEA consulting practice.

Avantias and Capgemini

Joined as the first employee of Avantias Nordic, then continued after its Capgemini acquisition as a managing consultant and technical architect for Nordic financial-services clients.

XPER Consulting

Co-founded a specialist CCM consultancy and product company focused on output management, document accessibility, enterprise delivery, and AI automation.

CCMForge and XPER DocEngine

Builds products from recurring delivery problems: expert resolution for Exstream teams, governed composition, and accessible document generation and remediation.

CCM work includes the systems around the template.

Certified across major CCM systems

OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, and Metaforce Centerpoint.

Applied AI since 2015

From production unstructured-text analytics to AI-assisted template analysis, testing, migration support, and CCM observability.

Builder and architect

Hands-on work across Java, cloud infrastructure, enterprise integration, document production, product development, and SaaS delivery.

Make scarce expertise easier to use and easier to retain.

Exstream teams repeatedly solve the same class of difficult problem: the answer is split across product documentation, project history, source code, runbooks, and the memory of a few experienced people.

CCMForge Resolve gives those teams one resolution path. It retrieves approved sources, shows confidence, carries the evidence into expert escalation, and turns reviewed resolutions into reusable private knowledge.

CCMForge Compose applies the same operational discipline to template lifecycle, validation, publishing, and deterministic document rendering.

Automation collects and connects the evidence. A practitioner decides what it means when the answer is uncertain or a production change is at stake. Approved results stay available to the team.

Bring the document system problem your team needs to solve.
